I am now offering clinic appointments for Sports Massage & 1:1 Pilates teaching.

Wednesday evening slots are available at Move Studio, Bude.

Sports massage is an effective way to decrease muscle tension and pain from sports and exercise. Deep soft tissue work can be used for preparation/recovery from an event but also for long term management to achieve optimum performance, decrease risk of injury and speed up recovery.

​

1:1 Pilates sessions are a great way to learn the ‘foundations’ of Pilates or if you require a tailored exercise programme due to injury/surgery. The focus is on strengthening and mobilising the body to improve posture, balance and body awareness helping you to move more confidently and comfortably. Use these sessions to progress into a class or just to help you gain the most out of your Pilates practice.
